Richmond City Public Outdoor Pools
Richmond’s public outdoor pools typically open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend:
Battery Park Pool 2917 Dupont Cir (Northside)
Blackwell Pool 300 East 15th St (Southside)
Fairmount Pool 2000 U St (East End)
Hotchkiss Pool 701 East Brookland Park Blvd (Northside)
Powhatan Pool 1000 Apperson St (Fulton Hill)
Randolph Pool 1507 Grayland Ave (Randolph)
Woodville Pool 2305 Fairfield Avenue (East End)
Pocahontas State Park: Aquatic Recreation Center
The Aquatic Recreation Center is a relatively new offering at Pocahontas State Park, and it’s made a splash since it arrived on the public-pool scene. The cool-down spot is open and has a toddler pool, fountain wet deck, three-foot and five-foot deep leisure pools, two tubular water slides and an activity pool.
YMCA of Greater Richmond
While the YMCA of Greater Richmond boasts a variety of indoor pools for year-round swimming, they do have three outdoor pools for summertime enjoyment:
