Think of this series like a Richmond-y LIKEtoKNOW.it kinda thing — but ~this is NOT an ad~.

Brambly Park Date Night Special

At Brambly Park, $45 goes a long way; it gets you two entrees, an appetizer or dessert, and a bottle of Brambly wine! As someone just a short walk away, I love how easy it is to enjoy a night out without the hassle — and the fact that you can take it to go makes it even better. From brick oven pizzas to pasta, it’s a perfect way to treat yourself or share a night with a friend.

You know we’re big EWD fans over here, and we know you are, too, so when her team reached out to let us know the jewelry shop is having a Cyber Weekend Sale from November 28 to December 1, we had to pass it on. Personally, we’ve got eyes for this and these, but the sale covers everything from her charms and lockets to her classic staples to her cocktail pieces and one-of-a-kinds (with some exclusions). Let us know what you get — we’re already jealous.

Clay Ground

One of my fave Christmas traditions is the pickle ornament. You hide it on the tree, and the first person to find it on Christmas morning gets good luck all year long — or you can grant him or her with a special gift. I picked up one like this ^ from a Church Hill holiday market years ago, and I love getting it out year after year. Clay Ground is located in the East End and offers a variety of classes and workshops designed to foster imagination and creativity. And, of course, offers all your pickle ornament needs.
