Check out the 25th annual ¿Qué Pasa? Festival, hosted by the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. For more than two decades, the VAHCC has created a vibrant cultural and educational experience for the Richmond community, showcasing the diversity, beauty, and traditions of Hispanic and Latin American cultures.
