My dearest fellow Richmonders (and visitors), let's return for year 6 of throwin down our mats and throwin up some poses every Thursday on our special lil deck!!

🧘‍♀️ Every Thursday at 7 pm (weather permitting)
🤸🏾 I'll teach an hour of vinyasa yoga on the deck at the top of the hill at the VMFA
🙇🏿‍♀️Please use this sliding scale payment system: $7-20, cash or Venmo @juliabedulia. Payments can be made day of, before class time
🧑🏼‍🩰All are welcome!! Please try to let me know each week if you plan on coming to class, and if you need a chair or mat

Our first class of the season will be April 30th :)
