The Richmond Folk Festival returns to Downtown Richmond’s riverfront October 9-11, 2026!

For more than 22 years, this free festival has brought hundreds of thousands of people together at Brown’s Island and along the riverfront to celebrate music, dance, traditional crafts, storytelling, food and cultures from around the world.

With six stages and more than 30 performing groups, it’s one of Virginia’s largest and most beloved events.
