Take a break from the workday and enjoy live music and frozen treats in Downtown Richmond with Venture Richmond’s new lunchtime pop-up series, Frozen Treats, Live Beats.

This free pop-up series brings eight live music performances to different locations throughout Downtown Richmond and Manchester, making it easy to step away from the desk, meet up with coworkers, and enjoy a little live music during the lunch hour.

The series takes place on select Thursdays from 12:00–1:00 PM.

The first 100 attendees at each event will receive a free frozen treat. Most locations will feature Richmond favorite Gelati Celesti, serving a complimentary scoop of their handcrafted ice cream. The May 7 pop-up will feature a free sweet treat from Daisy's.

After the first 100 treats are claimed, additional frozen treats will be available for purchase.

May 7: Fusing the ancient sounds of India with the contemporary western soundscape has been Prabir's mission while making music. The songwriter has been creating his blend of Raag-rock from Richmond, VA with many of the region's finest musicians. Prabir's performances are an exploration of ancient Indian Raags with a mridanga accompaniment.
