The second annual Richmond Oyster Week!
To benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, whose mission is simply to Save the Bay.
The week-long event is designed to showcase the world-class oysters grown locally in Virginia and to benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
As a food of the future, oysters are full of protein and vitamins, chemical- and additive-free, and filter our water as they grow. For every oyster consumed, we’re supporting a completely natural way to keep Earth’s resources clean and thriving.
Participating restaurants will be serving up Virginia oysters and donating 15% of oyster sales to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
