• A cozy, welcoming space — no need to bring anything but yourself (and a journal!).

• Elise will softly guide you to set an intention, take deep, nourishing breaths, and release any lingering tension.

• Sink into the comfort of sound waves that wash over your body, calming your mind and filling your spirit with peace and pleasure.

• Distance Reiki will be administered throughout the experience, as well as hands on Reiki toward the end.
