I will demonstrate palette knife painting in the gallery. This is the ‘kick-off’ event for a painting that will be a work in progress throughout the exhibition. I will be working on a 36x36” canvas, already framed. It will hang on the wall of the gallery between each painting session. 

This demonstration will include a discussion of the type of knife I use, the paints I use (water-mixable oils) and what is different between painting with a knife and painting with a brush. Questions are welcome.
